Manager's Note: McFadden's Restaurant & Saloon was established in New York City in 1994. As part of their lives growing up in NYC, the proprietors were exposed to many of the worlds greatest saloons. When the time was right they decided to act on their vision of the greatest American saloon, and thus, McFadden's was born. Over the years the proprietors have developed numerous venues and concepts. They recently made the strategic decision to focus on evolving the traditions of the American Saloon. The product of that focus has been making McFadden's the new standard in the American Saloon experience.
